Good overall experience at this Turkish spot. The service really stood out β€” friendly, fast, and attentive the whole time. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Food was decent, but a bit hit-or-miss compared to the rest of the experience. Some dishes were flavorful, but others felt like they could use a little more seasoning or freshness. Parking can be a little tricky, so give yourself a few extra minutes. Overall, a solid place with great service and a nice vibe β€” just hoping the food steps up a bit next time. I’d still come back

Istanbul Restaurant is one of those places where you can slow down and actually enjoy a relaxed meal with rich flavors and a warm atmosphere. The moment you walk in, the cozy Turkish decor and subtle lighting make it feel inviting and comfortable. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by how many good options were available. The mezze plates are the best way to go, especially with hummus, baba ganoush, fresh bread, and falafel. Everything tasted fresh and well balanced without being too heavy. It is perfect if you like sharing small plates and trying a bit of everything. The portion sizes are generous, so you can easily share between two people. I also tried Turkish tea at the end, which was a nice way to finish the meal, and if you have space, baklava is definitely worth trying. Service felt friendly and attentive without being rushed, which added to the overall experience. It is a place where you can sit and enjoy your time rather than feeling like you need to leave quickly. Parking depends on the location, but generally there is either nearby street parking or a small lot. It is manageable, just give yourself a few extra minutes during busy hours. Reservations are not

Just ate their for the first time. The marinated lamb was so full of flavor and extremely tender! A huge menu to choose from and the prices are so affordable. It's bright, light inside with clean, crisp white paper on the tables! The music wasn't loud and a refreshing change from the usual rock and roll music or heavy metal. The service was good. No complaints, will go again.

We had lunch at the Istanbul Restaurant. Ordered kofta kebab, gyro plate and chicken nuggets. Kofta kebab tasted good but I didn’t like the gyro plate. Also the chicken nuggets tasted like fried frozen nuggets. Disappointing experience!!

Really nice and modesty cafe with good food, not overpowering with flavors yet very tasty and fresh. It's becoming like a Friday lunch ritual for me now! Mazdum is great host, very polite and always attentive....
